Man it's a hot one
You'll eat your lunch under the midday sun
And while there's no fridge that can be seen anywhere
Your lunch stays so cool

It's insulated
You keep your lunch box where it's shaded
There's a reason for freezin'
Cuz the risks you'll remove, yeah

And though I don't want to put fear in ya
Better watch out for bacteria
Gotta chill your lunch so you don't play the fool

And if your sandwich has chicken, mayo, egg, cheese, or meat
You better take some precautions so it's still safe to eat
Freeze your juice or use a cold pack so you keep out the heat
Now keep your lunch cool, pack it right, or else forget about it
